Shipping and Returns
We ship internationally. The buyer is responsible for duties and local taxes.
We use UPS to ship your products and usually ship within 1-2 business days.
Any product purchased from Erveho.com may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the original purchase. Items must be in new condition. Opened consumables may not be returned. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping charges. For a return authorization, or to coordinate an exchange, please email care@erveho.com.
Repairs and RefurbishmentsAt Erveho, we believe that we can minimize waste and our footprint by building products that last. Our mobile professional community pushes the limits of their gear. Erveho products are designed and built to be easily repaired and refurbished. Contact care@erveho.com to schedule service for your Erveho products.
Warranty
